Landscapes

My journey into photography began at the age of nine when my dad gifted me a Konica Minolta film camera. With a constant supply of film, I spent my childhood exploring the countryside of eastern South Dakota on my dirt bike and ATV, capturing the beauty of old abandoned farms near my home. This early passion for photography has stayed with me, fueled by my deep connection to nature.

In my landscape photography, I strive to convey the serenity and wonder I feel when immersed in natural settings. Whether I am in the mountains, beside the ocean, exploring a new city or rural area, swimming under waterfalls, soaring in helicopters, or gazing at vast open vistas, I always feel a sense of refreshment and belonging. I hope my work allows you to experience the same connection to the natural world that I cherish so deeply.

Portraits

In my portrait photography, I aim to capture people in natural moments of exploration, wonder, or thought, as well as through artful poses. Whether it's a candid shot that reveals the true spirit of my subjects or a carefully composed pose that highlights their unique qualities, I strive to create authentic and memorable portraits that reflect the energy and essence of each individual.

Products

My love for product photography comes from the way an image can make you taste a sip, feel a texture, or imagine yourself in a moment. Whether I am capturing the rich tones of a port with dessert, the crisp freshness of white wine on a sunny afternoon, or the inviting glow of a tasting room, I strive to create images that feel real and welcoming. Each photo tells a story and invites you to be part of it.

Aerial

Flying has always been one of my greatest joys in life. From a young age, I would gaze up at the sky, imagining what it would be like to see the world from such great heights. I was fortunate to grow up with a family friend who collected old World War II planes, giving me numerous opportunities to experience flight firsthand.

At the age of 12, I received my first RC airplane for Christmas, sparking an obsession with aviation. Although my focus shifted to photography and design by the time I left high school, the advent of mainstream drones allowed me to reconnect with my passion for flying. With my first drone, I found the perfect way to merge my love of aviation with my passion for photography.

One of the most exciting aspects of this journey has been developing my skills in drone videography, allowing me to capture stunning aerial footage and explore new creative possibilities.
