Hey, I’m Taylor :)

I've always been curious about why certain brands stay with us. Why a package catches your eye. Why a photograph makes you pause. Why some experiences are instantly memorable while others quietly fade away.

That curiosity eventually became a career, and today it's the lens through which I approach every project, every team, and every creative challenge.

My Story

Growing up surrounded by wide open landscapes taught me to appreciate simplicity, patience, and the beauty in small details. Long before I understood brand strategy or creative direction, I was learning to observe.

Photography became my way of making sense of the world. What started with a film camera eventually grew into a passion for design, storytelling, and creating experiences that connect with people.

That curiosity led me to California, where I've spent the past 14 years helping build brands, launch products, lead creative teams, and create systems that make great creative possible.

An abandoned South Dakota homestead in a snowy field with a damaged roof and broken windows, framed by a dilapidated wooden structure in the foreground.
A man sitting on a large rock overlooking a mountainous landscape at sunset, wearing a black jacket, shorts, and a backpack.
Colorful houses in Positano, Italy on a steep hillside overlooking the water, with boats docked below and a partly cloudy sky above.

Everything begins with curiosity.

How I Think

For me, great creative isn't decoration. It's clarity.

Whether I'm building a new brand, directing a campaign, designing packaging, or helping a team rethink how they work, I always begin with the same question: What problem are we actually trying to solve?

The strongest ideas aren't always the loudest. They're the ones rooted in insight, built with intention, and crafted well enough that they feel effortless.

That's the kind of work I strive to create.

Beyond The Job Title

Outside of work you'll usually find me exploring somewhere new with a camera, hiking coastal trails, snowboarding in the mountains, searching for an incredible cocktail bar, or planning my next trip.

Travel has become one of my greatest sources of inspiration. Experiencing different cultures, architecture, food, and design reminds me that creativity isn't confined to studios or conference rooms. Some of my favorite ideas have come while wandering a city without a plan or watching the light change over a landscape.

Those experiences continue to shape how I think, what I notice, and ultimately the work I create.

What I Believe

I believe great brands are built where strategy, creativity, and culture intersect. I believe good leaders create environments where people feel inspired to do the best work of their careers. I believe technology should amplify human creativity rather than replace it, and that curiosity remains one of the most valuable qualities any creative person can have. Those beliefs shape every project I take on and every team I have the privilege to lead.
